I'm thrilled you are here! My name is Crystal Cheatham, President of Cheatham & Associates. I started my career in executive search with Greenwood/Asher & Associates under the leadership of Drs. Jan Greenwood and Betty Asher. Both have had a significant role in my growth and achievements.  

I brought my expertise and experience into the business sector, where I worked closely with colleges and universities to close the skills gap. Assisting others in reaching their objectives and succeeding is my passion. I have extensive expertise placing outstanding executives at community/technical colleges, HBCUs, HSIs, and health science centers. My dedication to equity, inclusion, diversity, and equality is evident in all I do.
